Thank you for your interest in our American made hand-blown glass. Each piece is a work of art! We take great pride in offering a quality product at an exceptional value.

We generally ask for a minimum of 4-6 week lead time to assure targeted delivery dates.

All pricing quotes are honored for 2 months.

We require payment in full before shipment. For a minimal cost, there are several online payment options.

We do everything in our power to reduce the packaging and labor costs with every product we ship. There is a delicate balance between packing economically and making sure the objects arrive intact. We believe we have achieved the ideal balance of cost and preventative care. All items are packaged sustainably with compostable materials to remain intact during transit. We have over 24 years experience working with and packing glass and have shipped thousands of items with 100% success.

Shipping costs are the financial responsibility of the purchaser. We highly recommend ground shipping via FedEx as the most economical and ‘gentle’ provider.

Expedited Shipping:

Lead time is not always possible, and if we have items in stock we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

Third-Party Shipping:

Whenever possible we highly recommend allowing us to ship directly to your location or warehouse.

Shipping Insurance:

All items we ship are fully insured. Please advise all third parties to insure the full value of the work at a minimum, and if time sensitive, for the expedited value of those items.

Once the work is received it carries no additional warranty. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship 100%.

Customer service and quality are our top priorities. We highly recommend “just in time” shipping to facilitate the safety and ease of inspection of delivered work. Items that are delivered to warehouses should be visually inspected immediately (without opening the box) to determine if any catastrophic damage has occurred.

If the event that catastrophic damage is visible, immediate documentation and reporting of the incident to all parties involved is necessary to facilitate any resolution.

We have never had an issue with shipping.

Always treat and handle glass with extreme care. Products that have a particular orientation are marked with an “F” for front, and “B” for back. We highly recommend cleaning the inside and outside with a water based glass cleaner with a micro-fiber clothe. When the inside is not easily accessible, a thorough flushing of water is sufficient. Subsequent cleaning and dusting can be accomplished with any static cleaning device.
Items that are in high traffic areas should be secured to their settings via temporary adhesive. We highly recommend “Museum Wax” as a semi-permanent, and furniture safe solution. This will provide sufficient stability and ease of removal to perform more intensive cleanings. Always follow the product’s instructions. We do not recommend using silicone or any other types of adhesives, unless they are to be permanent installations.
